NJAMHAA facilitates board committees with a specialized focus as a way for agency employees to interact with their colleagues to discuss areas of mutual concern and to facilitate innovative and state-of-the-art thinking. Executive Committee
Comprised of the President, Immediate Past-President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the NJAMHAA Board of Directors, this committee has the power to act on behalf of the Board of Directors to transact business of an emergency nature between board meetings. Public Policy Committee
This committee's responsibilities include advocacy and public affairs issues, including issues dealing with Medicare/Medicaid and legislative review. This group meets every other month. Finance and Administration Committee
A committee that deals with issues regarding membership, business development and the various NJAMHAA practice groups. This committee deals with financial issues, including membership dues. They also handle the By Laws, the Information Technology (IT) Project, New Jersey Mental Health Institute (NJMHI) and Nominations to the Board and other issues relating to personnel.
