NJAMHAA and Members Sponsor 35th Anniversary Celebration of the SBYSP

Please join in the virtual 35^th Anniversary Celebration of the School-Based Youth Services Program (SBYSP) on April 27^th at 4:00 p.m.

Sponsors of this program are NJAMHAA; three NJAMHAA members that, combined, operate 12 SBYSPs) -New Jersey Community Development Corporation, Preferred Behavioral Health Group and Family Connections; and School Based United, a consortium of SBYSP directors from across the state.

Agenda Highlights:

• Host and Moderator: Robert Guarasci, Chief Executive Officer, New Jersey Community Development Corporation
• Opening Remarks: Ed Tetelman, the "father" of the SBYSP program, who was largely responsible for its launch in 1987, followed by Christine Norbut Beyer, MSW, Commissioner, New Jersey Department of Children and Families
• Legislators: Senator Vin Gopal, Assemblywoman Shavonda Sumter and Assemblywoman Mila Jasey are among the legislators who will be speaking, and many other legislators will be participating.
• Students, Parents and Staff: Hear firsthand of the life-changing impacts SBYSPs have had on the individuals they have served.
